My name is Jeff Gonzalez and I have been a software, operations, or infrastructure engineer for 20+ years. I am interested in engineering leadership, organizational psychology, DevOps, philosophy and software delivery. I have not been active in blogging for 10+ years, but I used to blog about .NET in the 2000s.

I don’t have a formal education in technology or leadership (or anything really), but I like to read a LOT. I also like talking with people about what I read. Additionally I have had the fortune to work with talented people, and I have asked them a lot of questions about how they know what they know.

I intend to use this site as a public repository for all of the knowledge I have acquired through reading and working experience. I don’t know that I am writing for anyone but myself, but maybe it will be useful to others.
